In an effort to simplify the process of pricing toilet partitions, please feel free to use the following template to fax in your request to us.

1. Print out the template page.
2. Cut out the sample that is closest to the partition layout you need pricing for (example: you have a run of three standard size stalls and one handicapped stall. Cut and paste the 'standard compartments' to end up with three in a row and cut and paste one of the two handicap compartments and place in your layout).
3. Write in the width and depth of each partition.
4. Fax your layout to A & M Specialties, Inc. at (317) 228-9190

NOTE: if you already have an architectural drawing or sketch indicating size & style, feel free to fax those as well.

In addition to the layout of your project, we will need the following information for pricing:

• Shipping address - incl. zip code
• Type of toilet partitions - Baked Enamel, Solid Plastic, Stainless Steel, etc.
• Style of partition - Floor Mounted/Overhead Braced, Ceiling Hung, or Floor Mounted only.

NOTE: If ceiling hung partitions are required, we will need finished ceiling height.
