Orders

Every customer's needs and applications for our products is unique. Purchasing toilet partitions is not like purchasing a book on the internet. Prices on product vary based on size, style and quantities. Shipping charges can vary based on your location. For these reasons, we do not have pricing on our website. It is our objective to give you the best product at the best price possible. With this goal in mind, we require all price quotes to be faxed or e-mailed to our customers. Shop Drawings are included in our quoted price. These drawings will be faxed to you for filling in the needed measurements and color selection. All drawings must be signed by the customer and faxed to us before fabrication can start. Fabrication is based on completed, signed drawings being received by A & M Specialties, Inc.

Terms & Conditions

All materials quoted are delivered only. No taxes or installation included except as specifically listed in quote. All prices are for the quantities as listed. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are valid for a period of (90) ninety days from the date of bid. Terms are NET 30 (with approved credit). The following payment methods are also accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Checks/ Money Orders. We DO NOT accept American Express at this time. Overdue accounts will be subject to 1-1/2% service charge. Project specifications are NOT inspected for job suitability except as noted. Modifications or changes made for suitability or preference is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Guarantee

All of the products we represent have a manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects. These warranties vary from product to product & from vendor to vendor. Contact us and we will be happy to send you the appropriate warranty information for your product.

Shipping

Freight is included in our quoted prices for shipment with in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If an item or items are not shipped via UPS, DHL or Fed Ex, it is the customer's responsibility to have the item removed from the truck. Lift gates and inside delivery are available at an additional charge. No orders can be shipped to a P.O. box. Your shipment must be checked for damage when you sign for it. We strongly recommend that in ALL INSTANCES, sign the bill of lading "Subject to internal inspection". You then have 24 hours after receiving your order to open the packaging, inspect for any concealed damage, and contact the freight carrier and your salesperson to report any damage. You need to always note any obvious or potential damage on the bill of lading when you receive your order. Examples of this might be "corners crushed", "shrink wrap broken" "one box short", etc.

Returns

All sales of custom products including toilet partitions are final. "In-Stock" product can only be returned within 30 days, after a "Return Authorization Number" is given to you by your salesperson. Any product being returned with a Return Authorization Number will be accepted for credit less a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees. The product must be returned in its original condition & packaging with all parts intact.
